About a month ago one of our ladies in the church won her widowed sister to the Lord. She happened to visit our church that next Sunday and I got to meet with her just after the services. She told me that she wanted to continue coming to church but it was too far. The walk alone would have taken 2 hours one way. So, Adie and I decided that we could go pick her and her family up each week before church and take them with us. For the past four or five weeks now, we have left the house a little before 7 am to get Mrs. Donga and her girls in order to take them to church. They have been such a blessing. We've given the family Bibles, started the family into some discipleship material and Mrs. Donga has asked for us to come by and teach her how to pray. It such a sweet thing to see a new Christian and their desire to grow in Christ! It makes ministry here in Togo just that much sweeter!
